Net sim post start crash

Hello,  

I keep getting to the "net sim post start"  and the game crashes.   I've tried adjusting preload radius and turning down graphics settings but it still crashes .  Even tried running the multi threading openbeta.   Any suggestions?
I'm running on a MSI Radier GE78HK 13V.
I9-13950HX, Rtx4070 laptop gpu
32gb ram , 2tb SSD
