I got a problem in DCS since I installed the latest nVidia drivers.

The vertical synchronisation doesn't work anymore with 185.65/185.68.

I set it on "always" in the forceware menu.

Google for nHancer.

 

It's a nice piece of software that lets you force V-sync for DCS on the hardware level, along with a tonne of other optimizations.

I was able to force it with d3d overrider that comes with Rivatuner.
