Render oxygen mask and helmet in VR

I found out that when you switch seats when the game is paused the head of the pilot is not hidden until you un-pause the game, so I found myself with a mask over my nose and a view of the top of the helmet, and I thought it was pretty cool and could be very immersive in VR. I guess this would be similar to what the Apache module already does.
