Vibration motors not working in Advance mode while in game.

As the title says.

A few months back, I got the Orion 2 stick base and the F16 stick with the add on shaker. Worked fine and no conflics with my Saiteck throttle.

Just recently, I purchased and installed an Orion 2 throttle base with the F15EX handles. Now the vibration motors don't work in the "Advance" mode, either component. However, they do work in the SimAppPro software in testing and they will work in game in the "Default" mode but not in "Advance mode.

I've installed, uninstalled SimAppPro a few times, made sure all the firmware and stuff are current, the game paths are set correctly...etc

I'm still on the chat with Winwing tech support and the person said they will pass this ticket along to the company .😐

Just an update…

A tech reached out to me and wants remote into my computer.

This will hopefully happen tonight.

I know it’s not a hardware issue so hopefully he’ll find some code corrupted or out of place somewhere in their software.

Worked with Tech and did get some headway but still not right. Hopefully they will make an update so that things will work smoothly as before.

Its almost 4am my time and I'm about to crash and burn.

Update:

What we found is that the F15E handle, the one on the right needs to have a profile.

Currently there is not a default or user uploaded file so what we did was create a new profile at the Dynamic Motor page, named it and used it.

So really, like my setup that has both stick and throttle handles, there has to be a profile running for each:

One stick and two handles or nothing works with the vibration motors. I’m sure they’ll come up with a fix for this in the future.

I can get mine to work (sometimes), I use a profile i like that was downloaded, and both f15 handles are running it. would like to use it more, but since the motor only shuts off when I am flying and never on the ground i just leave it off..

I hear ya,

It sounds like it’s in the profile.

When I was working with the tech, we chose download profiles and my birds acted the same way as yours.

After that, I started making my own and am still in the process of tweaking them. Right now, it’s set up to run while engines start and flying but getting them to vibrate during specific actions and various vibes… still a work in progress.
