Vkb omni throttle and gladiator setting

hi everyone, im pretty new on simulator world and i have vkb gladiator on my right hand and omni throttle on left and i read arround internet i can play with those on dcs but i have some trouble to bind some button, for example i can't bind throttle up or down on the left stick and some other foundamental bind, what should i do? i hope someone can help me cause i really want to play dcs
