MFD1 displayed under Game Peripheral Display but not under Device and Key Binding

Hello,

I have a problem with the MFD1 from Winwing. In SimAppPro it is displayed under Game Peripheral Display but not under Device and Key Binding. In DCS, for example with the F/A-18C, it is also displayed correctly, but the keys do not work because I cannot bind them either. Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

stupid question but both the button unit and the screen unit are plugged in? button lights on?

Oh man, thanks so much for the tip. The buttons didn't light up. I had connected the USC-C the wrong way round. Very embarrassing;-)  Now everything is working again. Thank you very much. There are no stupid questions;-)

As much as I hate it everytime I have to call tech support for some problem, there is a reason why the first questions they ask are "is it powered on" and "have you checked to make sure it's plugged in". Even the best of us sometimes skip over the early steps of checking these simple items.
