Joshua Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 I bought the game a couple of days ago, and i'm learning fast. Awesome. The problem I have, is with the weapons. I'm really struggling with weapons selection, locking onto targets, and firing weapons. For some reason the keys dont seem to respond. I think i'm skipping some of the steps, or something. If anyone can just give me a short description on this, it would be greatly appresiated. I'm playing in "Game" mode, for now. Thank in advance
Udat Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 View the tutorials over again. Your manual is in your lockon/documents (or doc) folder, along with keycards. Intel i7-950 @stock, Asus P6X58D-E, 3x4GB Corsair Vengeance, Asus GTX 580, Corsair 120GB SSD, Corsair HX 750W PSU [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Joshua Posted April 14, 2009 Author Posted April 14, 2009 I will, thanks. Also, does anyone know whether the in game tutorials are for Game mode, or for Simulator mode? Thanks
redeagleGER Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 Since its not an arcade game u need to be within specific parameters before u plane allows u to shoot. Take the time to watch the training movies and learn the buttons ;) edit: are u talking about black shark or lockon?!? for bs you are in the wrong forum part 1 [sIGPIC]http://img114.imageshack.us/img114/5156/sig1ck8.jpg[/sIGPIC]

HellMutt Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 Hi, if you're in Game mode, you're probably playing Black Shark (helicopter) and not Lockon/Flaming Cliffs (jets), I don't remember there being a Game mode in Lockon/Flaming Cliffs. For Black Shark, the Producer's Notes are a great help. Also for Black Shark, the manuals are in the "Doc" folder, under "\Eagle Dynamics\Black Shark\". IIRC, there's a separate manual for the Key Commands in Game mode. Regards, Bart i7 8700K @ 4.4Ghz, Radeon RX 6800, HP Reverb, Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS, MFG Crosswind pedals, Thrustmaster MFD's
