How do I give commands to my AI wingmen? Spitfire, The Big Show.

So I'm new to DCS and I'm playing The Big Show with my Spitfire.

When the fighting starts my wingmen will just stay in formation, I know there's a command list and a menu but when I try to open it nothing happens, I'm missing something but just don't know what.

Radio is on and on the right channel, I can hear the other AI saying Tally Ho! and then breaking formation.

Hi, go to the commands menu and look for "comm push to talk".
Assign it to a key or button on your device.
When you are in flight, activate the ptt and you will see the command menu for your wingmen.
Just give the command. They don't answer you but follow the command.
I did it this way and it works.
