dmvdr Posted March 30, 2024 Posted March 30, 2024 Hi all, I have a bit of a difficult issue to explain, so if anything is unclear, please ask me for more details. I set everything up using TallyMouse's setup video, so using OpenXT, PimaxXR and QuadViews. I use the MT version of DCS. Everything works as expected, but I seem to face one issue that I didn't have with my Oculus Rift S is that the mouse does not seem to have "depth". It looks like it's just moving across my view in 2D, rather than also being able to go "deeper" into the cockpit, touching the actual button I want to touch. Enabling my hand controllers does work fine, and I can reach everything I want, but I want to use my mouse as I did before. Does my post make sense? Any idea what this could be about? Looking forward to your replies.
dmvdr Posted March 30, 2024 Author Posted March 30, 2024 Got it, it was a QuadViews issue. In the QuadVews companion app, set foveated resolution to 160%, peripheral resolution to 10%. This fixes it.
