IHAADS symbology query

Never had this before, today while coldstarting I entered the greyscale adjustment sub page. When I came out, my IHAADS display had changed, it said FLIR in the top left and there was a box with a crosshair in the centre and a heading tape across the top.......

I could not work out how to get it to return to the normal IHAADS display. Can someone enligten me? Thanks
