[bug] civil traffic in multiplayer

when destroying civil traffic, information is not sended to others players

shooting trees (unfortanetly not shown in chat either) is the better option if u want to waste ammo since shooting civilians will get you court martialed in real life.:smartass:

I don't think this is a bug per se, since civilian traffic depends on each individual's graphics settings. This is no more a "bug" than the fact that someone with higher settings will see trees in an area where someone else would see none. In other words, the civil traffic is there for your own personal enjoyment, is does not affect the mission or other players in any way.
