What’s next?

If you’re like the rest of us, you’ve started DCS recently or have been flying it for a while. Those singleplayer missions and campaigns are a lot of fun, but you feel as if there’s something more that can add to your experience. So, you try out multiplayer and the plethora of public servers available in the multiplayer server browser. It’s a great time, but you still feel unfulfilled even after spending an entire day flying DCS or digging into the manual and learning about your aircraft. Is it the lack of comms, cooperation, and sense of belonging to a community? Feeling frustrated at being tk’d, or getting shot down by bandits only 20 miles from the AO after a 100+nm mile flight? Tired of plinking static tanks over and over again?

Let’s us energize your flights and put you on the leading edge.

Ever wanted to be a part of a strike package of multiple aircraft engaging an objective? How about leading a 2 ship flight with a loyal wingman, or in a 4 ship CAP flight of your comrades while protecting allies behind you? Would you like to shed that boring haze grey livery and put on a fresh livery that’ll make you look good, feel good, and fly good (results may vary.)?

Allow us to introduce ourselves. We are the 414th Joint Fighter Group. Founded in April of 2018, we are comprised of players just like you that seek to elevate their multiplayer experience. Here at the 414th, we aim to push the boundaries of what the DCS World multiplayer PvE space has to offer us while flying together and respecting your time commitments.

This is what we offer:

Mandatory attendance is not a requirement. IRL will always come first.

Casual environment outside of missions, “flip the switch and lock in” when it’s GO time.

Learn as you fly. We will help you learn DCS World and how to be effective in a cooperative environment. Part of our success stems from teaching others how to wield their aircraft of choice in this virtual combat environment. We have a simplified training program that will assist you in getting spun up in your airframe.

Cooperation is the name of the game! We deploy multiple airframes in an operation, ranging from the F-14B, F-15E, F-16C to the F/A-18C. DCS-SRS is a requirement, we will help with the installation and use of this software should you require assistance. If you’re new to it, we will also teach you to speak with confidence and brevity over the radio waves as well.

We would like all prospective members to be over the age of 18. We do make exceptions for families flying wanting to fly together, and for other scenarios on a case by case basis.

24/7 Dedicated training server.

Monthly PvE operations and scenarios that will test your skills in your aircraft. Joint Operations with other groups on a quarterly basis.

Custom liveries. We like to look good here

Am very interested in being a Hornet driver for you guys. I'm expert level with it.

 

I can also fly the Tomcat skillfully, and AAR / trap _OK_ 3 Wires 8/10 times with both jets.

 

I am learning the Eagle now, I can fly and refule fine, just need to learn it's weapon systems.

 

I am also learning the viper.

Greetings!

Looking for a good and established squadron to fly with.  Been a part of a couple, but both have had leadership dedication issues unfortunately, and are now defunct.

Been flying for about a year, almost exclusively in the Hornet, but have dabbled in the Tomcat.  Really looking forward to the F-4 (bought it when they first offered it), and will probably get the Harrier before too long.

I'm open to fly whatever you all would need me to, and I have all the maps.
