Museums in EU where you can sit in a real fighter's cockpit

Hey everyone,

I live in Germany and would like to know... is anyone here familiar with any museum where I could sit inside a real fighter jet's cockpit? I've been to a few around here but of course they were always closed off.

Flugwerft Schleißheim north of Munich has a cut-off Fiat G.91 cockpit to sit in. And many great planes to look at.

If already in Munich, make sure to also visit the Deutsches Museum, lots of planes and stuff there.
