Speed written in knots outside of the Km/H indications

If anyone knows how to create a customized cockpit, I'd like to add knots graduation outside of the metric one for the speed indicator of the L-39.

Here's a prototype of what I want. It's just a screenshot edited with paint, I need that for the real cockpit.
