I recently just launched a side project https://kneeboard.live - it's a web based tool for creating and sharing interactive checklists for various flight sims (DCS is the main focus at the moment). The main use case of this right now is as a second screen, the checklists will work great in any browser, on desktop, mobile phones or tablets.
