Show Perfs server

hi everybody, 

i've just start a new Private dedicated server, my question now is how can I show the perfs of my server ? 

from multiplayer menu i seen the ping but is not the main subject of performances that i have to know. 

and other question, how can i interact with the mission on the server ?

This isn't the direct answer you want, but if you're just getting into server administration, I really recommend you check out Special K's DCS Server Bot function. Admittedly it ties into Discord, but it does give you information such as server performance, as well as many other tools that can really empower you.
