Cannon 300-600m and missile lock/unlock button Toggle or Push-and-hold

Hi all,

is it right that this Controller Keybind "Cannon 300-600m and missile lock/unlock button" is a push-and-hold and not a toggle? At least for me it would work better as a toggle.
