If I have understood the cited replies above correctly, the angle dependance of RCS is simulated in Phantom's radar, but most modules don't have that simulation and each aircraft's RCS are generally only different constants in DCS?

Does that mean, that Phantom's radar will see an angle dependent RCS of the opponent, but the Phantom's RCS is still a constant on the opponent's radar?

And I guess the angle dependance of RCS is not simulated in Tomcat's radar?

We cannot control how other aircrafts radars work.

How the Phantom shows up on their radar is up to the devs of that module :)
