Rudder pedal axis inversion

I've noticed that when binding the rudder pedals to different planes like a10c or JF17, the axis doesn't invert when i press invert axis. Instead, i have to play around with user curve, reset to default and bind and unbind to try and get it to invert. It works only after a few desperate attempts to fiddle with the settings.
