[No Bug] Odd Rustling/Wind Sound Playing Intermittently While Starting Cold and Dark on the Ramp (MT)

Often when I spawn in a F-4E parked on the ramp there is an odd rustling/wind sound that plays then cuts off repeatedly in the cockpit. I've especially noticed this while starting at the ramp using parking spots 63-69 at Incirlik. These parking spots slope downward slightly compared to other spots which might seem to aggravate the issue. There is also a possibility that wind from the mission weather might have something to do with this in conjunction with the particular parking spots. Additionally, the aircraft seems to ever so slightly jitter/shake when it happens.

Hey thanks for your report! What you are hearing is the rattling of the fan blades of the engine! If you have more problems please provide a video or track so we can take a look!
