[Known issue] Problems with exporting DCSG display to second monitor

[Loophole]

 I've *almost* been able to get the DSCG export working.  I can get the radar and the Maverick TV display to export to a viewport, but when I do that I *also* get the radar grid-lines (only) displayed full-screen across my entire view!  Have not found why that is or how to stop it happening, which is frustrating because otherwise the export works really nicely!

What I did was add the lines:

dofile(LockOn_Options.common_script_path.."ViewportHandling.lua")
try_find_assigned_viewport("F4E_DSCG", "RIGHT_MFCD")

at the end of the two files:

F-4E\Cockpit\Scripts\DSCG\indicator\init.lua
F-4E\Cockpit\Scripts\DSCG\Indicator\DSCG_Pilot\init_bake.lua

("F4E_DSCG" being my custom viewport defined in monitorconfig, of course)

It would be really nice if this could be enabled!

Did the patch fixed this? In the Change Log there's no mention of exports but you'll never know.

Yes, I spent a day doing the same thing as you. I tried to do the same thing with the F-4E as I did with the export viewport for other aircraft, but yes, the results were pretty frustrating. The radar and radar warning screens took up half the display and I had no idea how to adjust them.

Has anyone contacted the HeatBlur developers? I don't know if this is a bug or if they don't allow users to edit it this way. But the F-14B doesn't have this problem, and every viewport of it works fine.

The changelogs are exhaustive. If its not listed, it wasnt addressed yet.

Huhu. We are aware. The Phantom currently doesnt support the export stuff properly yet.

Ok, thanks for your reply. I'm really looking forward to being able to use the F-4E's viewport export, it's going to be really cool. Also because I want to use this feature in my sim cockpit.
