Jester Wheel is visible in F2 but can't be used.

I'd like to be able to use the wheel in F2, since it's available, to send commands to the CC and see them happen but I can't click on anything. No mapped buttons work, and the dot doesn't follow my head.

It is not supposed to be visible (precisely because of the reasons stated).

There is code that is supposed to ensure its only visible in first-person view. So if it is visible regardless, its a bug
