I guess the proper name for the switch in question is a "Trigger switch" yes? now all i need is how to replace the switch i can find nothing on youtube on our VKB's forum. I'm not too pleased on how VKB expects me to change the trigger without instructions is that too much to expect??? how about you trade all my VKB products for a WINWING or VPRILE  ...,.. ARE YOU GOING TO STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT OR WHAT!... AT 74 I THINK I CAN HANDLE REMOVING A BUNCH OF SCREWS IF THAT WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO PROBABLY CROSS-THREAD THEM AND RUIN THE THROTTLE mensa rejects

Not sure what raging here is supposed to achieve. Companies don't typically provide repair instructions to consumers, but VKB is very supportive of doing repairs or mods yourself. Which is more than many companies.

I thought that the rapid fire trigger was broken on mine and requested a replacement, which they sent for free. Turns out that it just got loose, so now I have a spare. Opening up the stick and doing the fix is quite doable on your own if you have some technical insight and otherwise you can surely find a video on YouTube.

they are keeping there phone and address a secret why do you think that is..because they have no customer service 3 sticks 2 bases and a Stecs % don't work explain that ratio my 600.00 is down the drain 8 month from now WinWing

what rapid fire .... no just referred to as a trigger. press one and repeat. There are 4 on the STeces your suggestion would be fine but for one thing only one hand that works well enough that's a whole different light to the subject. only thing I can say ,Buyer beware for you young kids ask daddy

I do get that you are upset about your VKB setup not working.

These days, small companies rarely use phone or postal address for customer service. That's why they offer webmails / contact formulars.

Are you saying you spent 600 (whatever currency) on VKB devices, 8 months ago ?

Are you saying you switched from VKB to WinWing 8 months ago ?

Are you saying your next purchase will be at WinWing's ?

Did you demand a refund from VKB ?

 

I'm not sure what you are trying to bring with WinWing, but be sure you read WinWing's topics so you can get an idea about their customer service.

OK, not sure what you are talking about and who you are talking to, but I do get that your VKB setup is not working, and that you are not satisfied with their customer service.

I thought that you were referring to the Gladiator given the title you chose, but apparently your issue is with the throttle? It's really hard to give you advice when you spend so little time properly explaining your issue and instead, are mostly raging.

Frankly, you come across as a customer from hell and your comments here really just make me feel sorry for the support person that has to deal with you. I think that your problem will be solved much more effectively if you focus less on making angry comments and more on actually giving VKB the opportunity to help.

Now, have you contacted the support? Like, opened a ticket at the dealer's? - not knowing your location and order number I can't go any farther in recommending any solution.
