Does the new special option to reduce radar performance impact affect Jester?

The changelog states that it adds additional visual clutter and noise. It seems it will make a human wso's job harder, but will that also affect Jester's performance to handle the radar?

The difference is actually so subtle that you would barely notice it at all unless you know what to look for and have a direct before/after comparison.

Yes, it affects Jester in the same way because Jester isn't cheating. He is interpreting the smudges like a human based on the final image.

Oh... so that's why the pickup range of fighters is basically reduced by half after the hotfix? I can't believe nobody noticed by now.

As much as I love the F-4 and F-14 I probably wouldn’t have bought either if it wasn’t for Jester.
