Moving The Game Menu Off The bottom?

Hi,

I have my real cockpit sunshades right over the bottom of my monitor and it makes seeing the bottom menu really hard.

I've been trying to find the correct .lua to edit but not having much luck...

Would anyone know how to adjust the menus and setting menus to be at the top of the screen or even just resize the window to half height?
