Pilot cyclic grip

Page 37 pdf user manual, I cant understand the pilot cyclic grip picture and its button description: numbers 12 to 16 are not shown in the picture, and several button descriptions (6 to 10) are repeated?

Can somebody explain, please?

If you do a search you will find the answer here (that's how I found it) - just disregard the first 5 then subtract 5 from the remainder.

Great - I couldn't remember where the thread was, just that I found it with a search, but that was the gist of it.
