Next weekend, prepare yourselves for an aerial showdown like no other, with four thrilling, high-stakes matchups set to take flight. The skies will roar with the thunder of afterburners and the crackle of radar locks as DCS squads put everything on the line to secure their place in the championship.

This round of action-packed engagements promises to showcase the very best of air-to-air combat skills and tactics. Brace yourselves for intense duels as @[M] clash with @Snake, @Phoenix Task Force goes head-to-head against the battle-hardened @76th SOS, @51st PVO Regiment squares off against the formidable @[28VNG] , and @9g takes on the skilled pilots of @inSky. These best-of-five matches will test each squadron's endurance, airmanship, and strategies. Expect fights that will have you on the edge of your seat as each squad strives for air superiority in the SATAC Cold War championship!

NOTE: To ensure the integrity of the competition, F-16A pilots are required to submit track files to @[51☭] JP (P) for every match flown. This precaution is in place to confirm that DL/HMS systems are not being used, following concerns raised by organizers and participants about potential breaches of sportsmanship guide-lines. We thank all participating squads for their commitment to fair play and professionalism.

• The requirement for RIO/WISO on the F-14A and F-4E has been lifted!
• Final Stage rule for the F-16A, no (DL) or (HMS) will be strictly enforced. F-16A pilots must provide tracks of all rounds after the match to ensure compliance.

SATAC CW Week 48 - Semi-Finals 
Attention SATAC Cold War fans and participants!
The semi-finals of the SATAC Cold War championship are here, and the skies are about to ignite with adrenaline-pumping air-to-air combat as the remaining squads battle for supremacy. This weekend promises to deliver breathtaking action and tactical brilliance as the very best in the DCS community fight for their place in the grand finale.

Kicking off the action on Saturday, November 30th at 1400z, the skilled @76th SOS will clash with the tenacious @9g squadron. This match is set to be a thrilling test of endurance, precision and strategy as both teams push their limits to secure a spot in the finals.

Later that day at 1800z, the legendary @51st PVO Regiment will once again face the formidable @=08th= Squadron. Known for their sharp tactics and exceptional coordination, 51st enters this matchup determined to seek redemption after their previous loss to 08th. This highly anticipated rematch promises to be an intense battle you absolutely won’t want to miss.

The semi-finals are where champions are made, and the stakes have never been higher. SATAC CW Week 50 - Finals!
SATAC CW fans and participants, the grand finale between the 51st PVO Regiment and the 9g had all the hallmarks of a breathtaking SATAC finals! It was a clash of titans where G-suits were tested to their limits, engines roared at full afterburner, and every missile launch had the crowd on edge.

The opening rounds saw 9g take an early lead, soaring high and fast with their precision-timed strategies that kept the 51st scrambling to respond. 51st PVO Regiment, veterans of the skies, adapted. After narrowly escaping elimination in the second round with just one airframe limping home with a bold tactical shift. Trading altitude for the weeds, going low and slow, hugging the terrain to stay hidden from enemy radars. The gamble paid off, and they clawed their way back into the fight!

As the skies became a chessboard of manoeuvring jets and counter-tactics, 9g found their high-and-fast approach compromised by the 51st gritty determination. Forced 9g to adjust and switched to a low-and-slow strategy as well. But 51st earlier adaptation in close-combat, terrain-heavy engagements gave them the edge. With their radar screens lit up and missiles tracking hot, the 51st delivered the final blow, securing victory in an intense last round!
