markturner1960 Posted June 28, 2024 Posted June 28, 2024 Hi, just got this and its not showing correctly in SimApp pro....and some chinese characters for its name......It says "retrieving device information", but never completes this. I have programmed all the buttons in DCS where it is recognized, so thats cool at least. The screen is not showing anything... Ideas? I have looked on customer support and there is some process detailed about uninstalling the driver and then it says if it resolves the problem, they suggest changing the motherboard to a better one........seriously! You also need to get a file from them, which it does not give a link to or provide a means of contacting for this...... System specs: PC1 :Scan 3XS Ryzen 5900X, 64GB Corsair veng DDR4 3600, EVGA GTX 3090 Win 10, Quest Pro, Samsung Odyssey G9 Neo monitor.
