Adjust Radar Cross Section of Aircraft

In the ED discord it was stated that the Radar Cross Section for aircraft are a fixed value.

This wishlist item is to alter the Radar Cross Section for aircraft based on their external stores and/or azimuth. This would better reflect radar detection ranges.

Detection range variation with azimuth already exists. I don't think stores RCS has been implemented, but I agree on the need for it.
