IMHO, I consider myself to be a fairly competent skinner at this point. I would really like to advance to the level of skinning modules in early development and supplying "default" skins. I'm not sure as to how to proceed in this endeavor. Anyone who is on an "official" skinning team, how did you go about getting there? I'm retired and have pretty much unlimited time available. I'm well versed in the software needed... Photoshop (of course) Substance Painter, Blender (I would consider subscribing to 3dsMax but that's a pricey bit of kit 😱).

Anyway, any advice would be appreciated.
