Jester isn't working with radar properly

Just like in a title. I fly with Jester for some time and I noticed that he doesn't see targets at selected altitude (I tell him to search for a bomber 30nm on 12 o'clock between 10k and 20k feet and he does not see it on radar). Also least important thing is that he uses MAP mode in A/A instead of RDR. I don't know if there is something wrong with F-4 or I have skill issue and I miss something important while doing A/A in F-4

MAP mode is correct.

Could you hand in a quick and short SP track for the situation you are describing?

It appears that you are sending the SHORT (next target) action instead of the HOLD (lock) action to Jester:

You must hold the context action button down for 350ms to trigger the HOLD action instead (see our manual for details).

If I take control in your track and hold it down, Jester locks your bad guy!
