Dynamic Spawn Aircraft - Inconsistent Radio/DL Preset Loading

When creating Dynamic Spawn Apaches from a Template with Radio & DL Presets, the Radio & DL Presets down load into the dynamically spawned aircraft.

Further to the above, The A10 loads this inconsistently. The ARC-210 is fine, the -164 and -186 do not load the template frequencies.

The F-15E and AV-8B load fine, so Razbam got that right, it seems.
