Distant clouds flicker and jagging while the plane rolls

Hi,There,I have encountered this problem before, and it has not been completely solved until the update 2.9.6. I tried to delete FXO Metashaders, but no luck. In the latest 2.9.6 release I found that turning TAA on and DLSS off can make some improvements, but very, very unfortunately the sawtooth is still not completely gone (it is still very easy to see it...).
