I want to trial Afghanistan map, but launcher doesn't show it - even after selecting Trial

nullThe launcher shows '6' in 'Available'. But no items displayed when selected.

I went to DCS site and activated the 14-day trial on Afghanistan - but I can't see how to get it to install. Is this a known issue or am I not doing something right?
