Instant Action mission for F-4E become slide shows on Caucus, Sinai, and Syria Maps

I tested the free flight mission for the F4-E on these 3 maps and I get low, low FPS, under 15 FPS consistantly since the latest update.

I deleted and recreated the shader and FXO folders, to no avail.

Only happens since the update with the F4-E on Instant Action Missions for only these maps.  Note: I don't Falklands, Afgan.

Has this been observed and reported by anyone else?
