The function outSoundForUnit() does not play sound for the clients

Immediately after starting the mission and selecting roles for the red coalition, the function outSoundForUnit() plays sound 
only to the server owner, but clients do not hear the sound.
Before playback, the path to the sound file is displayed (line 884 of the Flight&AWACS.lua file).
