Everything else works. Have all buttons bound in DCS and they are all working. The display works just fine also, however, the 4 thumb wheels will not bind in DCS and they do not work natively like the screen does with SimAppPro open. Scrolling the thumb wheels do show movement in SimAppPro though like they are working fine. Just not in game like everything else

Appreciate any ideas.

Have you tried RIGHT clicking in the box you want to bind it to and manually selecting the appropriate binding?  Since they seem to be working (show in SimAppPro) it seems like DCS isn't recognizing them for binding purposes (which happens occasionally) so you need to bind them manually.

So I was not sure what you were saying but in DCS right clicking only gives me the options: Add Combo, Clear Combo and Reset Combo to Default. I had manually bound every button in DCS for this ICP, but like I stated prior, DCS will not let me bind these 4 rotary ones. Moving them while in that box to bound them, nothing shows up. So can't manually bound them for some reason.

Someone else stated to configure them correctly in SimAppPro picking either rotary of switch or something like that. There is no option in SimAppPro like that only to change the interval.
