w.i.p HOTMIC no function

Since last patch the HotMic function non functional in combination with VoiceChat in the AH-64D and OH-58 KW. 

Also the default Presets sets at Mission Start in the AH-64D are non functional. 

Example: default freq. set in the Apache on VHF AM is 127.500, non functional. 

Change this frequency manual to the same 127.500, it works fine.
