AGM-45 Shrike wont track in MP Servers,

Hello,

Seems to be a issue where the Shrike works just fine and dandy on single player, however will not track anything on a multiplayer server with other clients joined in.

Hope to see this fixed soon, id like to do more SEAD on the phantom
