Virpil Collective - Axis bind won't invert

When binding the collective axis to my Virpil collective, the axis is backwards. I go into Axis Tune, invert it, and save the profile. Upon return to resume flying, the axis is still backwards. I’ve never had this happen before. Any ideas?

On mine the bound axis is Joy-X but when going into the Tune panel it shows Joy-Z, have to change to Joy-X in dropdown at top of panel
