Today I worked on the RWR of the Phantom. The manual says that the APR-36 is not yet finished. Quote: "Remember that the simulation is still being improved. So it is to be expected that the behavior of the device will change along with the noises." At the moment I have not noticed any changes in the separation or switching of the targets.

Not sure I quite understood your request, but our Phantom is not equipped with the APR-36. It carries the ALR-46, see:

The RWR is missing a small list of features, such as the active missile radar detection, but other than that is pretty much feature complete (minus a few bugs perhaps).
