How to activate/deactivate BOB?

For the life of me, I can not work out how to activate and deactivate BOB in flight.
What commands do I need to set up?

You only need to map the Bob engage/disengage toggle.

I usually take off and start follwing my route, and when I'm more or lees in stable flight at around 100-130 knots "pass the control" to Bob Also, check this post on how to ask bob for changes on the flight profile
