Founded in 2023, JTS pioneered a unique concept: shared mission planning followed by cooperative execution. This approach fosters a strong sense of community, personal satisfaction, and top-notch flying. Here's what sets us apart: Collaborative Mission Planning: Every Wednesday evening, we tackle a new scenario together. We brainstorm solutions, define the game plan, flights, and loadouts, building a solid foundation for success. Weekly Execution and Debrief: The following Wednesday, we put our plan into action! After the mission, we debrief, sharing experiences and learning from triumphs and challenges. These insights guide future training and mission design. Focus on Growth: We welcome DCS enthusiasts who are interested in MILSIMs. We offer training programs to help you grow into a better pilot, but our true strength lies in knowledge sharing and TEAMWORK. We're looking for: Viper Pilots (4): Experienced virtual aviators passionate about the F-16. ATC/GCI (2): Members to provide air traffic control and ground control intercept for a truly immersive experience. Campaign Builders (1+): Creative minds to craft new and exciting challenges for the squadron. Commitment: JTS sessions occur Wednesdays at 1830Z.
