Troubles with a Saitek Cyborg Keyboard & BlackShark

I’m not sure is this is the correct section of the forum or not, however I’m in need of help/suggestion. I having trouble with my “\” key on my Saitek Cyborg Keyboard in Black Shark, I can’t the game to use/see the “\” key at all. I’m thinking surely not I’m the only one who has/had before this problem.

I’m also using a Thrustmaster Cougar HOTAS minus the Throttle (since I have limited used of my Left hand) on Vista.

I have similar problem with my saitek X52. When I use profiler, controller and keyboard are not responding, after switching to desktop(alt-TAB) and back to the game, they are working, but after a while the problem returns. When I'm not using profiler everything work property.
