vr moving back ward and forwards

first of all i am dexlsa so i will do my best to make this make since.

I have  spine damage. meaning i can not twist much at all,

is there any way there could  a way of rolling back and forwards inside of the cockpit in a fast ish way. lets say i am in the f18 on the left and side behind the throat all is a switch to send the tank fuel in to the wings , i can not see that, or even the oxygen switch behind that. so a way to move my self back so i can see them would be amazing

You'll have to play around and see if they're the right ones, but try "Cockpit Camera Move Back" and "Cockpit Camera Move Forward" bindings in the F-18.
