Dynamic Spawn issue and Chinook CTD

Hey. 
Trying to spawn in a helicopter (Apache) at Bassel Al-Assad places you too close to a ramp, leaving your tail ontop of the ramp. 

 

 

I've also noticed that every time my pilot blacks out or dies in the Chinook, DCS crashes, first a freeze then Crash to desktop.
