Quest 3 problems

Every time I spend some time away from the Quest 3, when I come back,  I cannot log in and use it again. Every time it gets more difficult and every time it takes more time to log back in. I eventually, I'm always able to log back in, but now I'm not being able to. It always asks me for a code that it would send to my phone, but now it's not sending me the code. Does anyone have a solution for this? I'm frustrated because I paid a small fortune on the heaset and now I can't use it. If anyone has a sugestion l'd be glad to hear it. Thanks in advance.

The Meta software login? You should contact Meta support; they are usually pretty helpful. I only get this when I switch PC's.
