Mission Editor Unit Follow Distance Elevation Interval Guide

My apologies if there is a better guide somewhere.  I can never remember which is Distance and which is Interval and which is -/+.  Each time I look on the forums/reddit/google/bing it takes a bit to understand which is what, and what is where.

Unit Follow parameters

DISTANCE: Forward/Backward.   Forward is Positive + // Back is negative -

ELEVATION:  Height.  Up is Positive + // Down is negative -

INTERVAL: Left or Right.  Left is negative - // Right is Positive +
