Strange failure on takeoff

Lately, in a network game, often (3 cases in two games) sudden engine failures occur on takeoff in a Su-25T aircraft. 
Here is one of them (8 minutes 36 seconds after the mission starts). 
This was not the case in version 2.9.4.53990, but in version 2.9.7.59263 and in versions before it, this appears. 
What is the cause of the problem, what am I doing wrong?
