v2.3 Mission 10 - Pig Flight Doesn't Join (they won't take off)

I just started mission 10, and for whatever reason the other 3 A-10's in Pig Flight just sit on the ramp and never take off. I tried going very slow through my startup procedure, making sure I made all the correct radio calls...etc. I then took off and circled for awhile to wait for them to take off and join up, but they just sit there. I've tried telling them to rejoin multiple times as well. Am I doing something wrong?

Let me look at it this week and I'll let you know. This last DCS World update had some HUGE fixes to the AI aircraft so I need to let it all settle before issuing a fix.
